I purchased the Novara Executive Cabinet with 6 drawers late last year. I am very happy with the product. It is attractive and looks as I hoped in our study. Rather nicer than the metal filing cabinet we had previously. The filing drawers are a little unusual although quite functional. There seems to be a lot of extra space on each side of the suspension files, once hung and the design could have been thought out a little better. Customer service was hit and miss. I had to make several calls to follow up on my order being placed but we got there in the end.
